Each trip is customized to seasonal conditions and your goals, offering a relaxed and fun experience on Vancouver Island’s coast.
LOCATION
We operate from two locations during the spring and summer season, allowing guests to experience the best of both coasts of Vancouver Island.
APRIL-JULY | EAST COAST OF VANCOUVER ISLAND (Comox Valley)
Enjoy calmer waters, excellent salmon fishing, and a relaxed day on the ocean. The sheltered coastline offers comfortable conditions and incredible scenery, making it ideal for anglers of all experience levels.
JULY-AUGUST | WEST COAST OF VANCOUVER ISLAND (Nootka/Esperanza)
Experience the rugged beauty of the outer coast, where dramatic shorelines, offshore fishing opportunities, and ever-changing ocean conditions create a true West Coast adventure.
RATES
EAST COAST OF VANCOUVER ISLAND (May - July)
$800 + GST
5 hour day on the water
WEST COAST OF VANCOUVER ISLAND (July - August)
$1550 + GST
10 hour day on the water
Pricing includes up to 4 guests.
East Coast charters can accommodate up to 2 additional guests for $100 per person (6 guests maximum).
West Coast charters are limited to 4 guests.
DEPOSIT
A 25% deposit per day is requested to hold your dates.
CANCELLATIONS
Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations made at least 10 days before the scheduled trip date. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 10 days of the trip are non-refundable.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Your day begins with a dockside welcome and safety briefing before heading out to the fishing grounds. Each trip is tailored to the conditions and your goals — whether that’s targeting salmon, bottom fishing, or simply enjoying a great day on the water.
Expect a relaxed, fun, and hands-on experience guided by local knowledge and years on the coast. From setting lines to landing fish, your captain is there to help as much or as little as you’d like, creating an enjoyable experience for both seasoned anglers and first-time guests alike.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
Rods, reels, tackle, bait, safety equipment, and all required fishing gear are provided onboard. Your guide brings local knowledge, experience, and everything needed for a safe and successful day on the water.
WHAT TO BRING
Bring your valid fishing licence, lunch/snacks and plenty of water for the day. We also recommend a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, and layered clothing to keep you comfortable while on board.
TAKING YOUR CATCH HOME
All retained fish are professionally cleaned, filleted, and bagged for easy transportation home.
